![]() ![]() AKA.SKEETER would be my permanent name given to me at an early age. I've been an apprentice for 1 year but i've been at the shop for 3years. Every thing I have learned has come from one of the best teachers that an apprentice could have. My art has gone from pimp to pimpin. I enjoy doing graffiti and new school tats. Also I like doing black and gray. The challenges of inking black and gray are like driving a car. If u don’t know where the keys go and how to shift than you are a fish out of water. This all began basically because my life was out of control. Late nights, lots of partying at the bar until that one night 3 years ago I stepped out of the bar to smoke a cig. I looked through the window at the local tattoo shop. It was then I was thinking, "wow it would be cool to tattoo". Well i'm not going to lie... I was so drunk I went in and just sat down and started drawing. Well this went on for weeks. I became very good friends with the guys at the shop. My life further spun out of control and I was worried about where I was headed when Chris (the owner of the shop) pulled me in the back to speak with me. And the whole time he was talking all I could focus on was the sound of the tattoo machines. It was then chris slapped me and said skeeter why don’t you clean yourself up and start an apprenticeship with tribal eye. It was also then I realized that this is what I want to do. I have been with Tribal Eye Tattoo for six years. |
